These Terms & Conditions are here to protect our shared energy, time, and integrity. By working with me, you are agreeing to the following policies. Please read them carefully and reach out if anything feels unclear or incomplete.

Commitment & Responsibility

This work is a co-creation. I will meet you with presence, care, and integrity. I ask the same from you. You are responsible for showing up on time, honoring your body, and communicating your needs clearly.

This is not a substitute for medical or psychological care. I do not diagnose or treat physical or mental health conditions. You are responsible for seeking appropriate care outside of our work when needed.

Scheduling & Cancellations​

• Booking: Sessions are booked through my website.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours of your session will be charged in full.

• No-Shows: Missed sessions (with no communication) will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Emergencies and genuine unforeseen events will be met with compassion. Please reach out if something urgent arises—we are human.

Payments & Refunds

• Payment is due in full before the first session or at time of booking (unless a payment plan has been arranged).

• Accepted methods include: Venmo, PayPal, & Stripe.

• Refunds are not offered once a package or session is purchased. 

• Payment plans are available for packages; please inquire.

Boundaries & Energetic Ethics

• This is a sacred space rooted in mutual respect. Any harmful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of our work together with no refund.

• I reserve the right to terminate our working relationship at any time if I feel the container is no longer in alignment or safe for either of us.

• You may also choose to end our work at any time, with the understanding that payments already made are non-refundable.

Confidentiality & Privacy

• All personal information, experiences, and communications shared during our work are held in sacred confidentiality.

• I will never share your information without your explicit permission, unless legally required to do so.

• If you consent to astrology or tarot insights, your birth data will be stored securely and used solely for our sessions.

Scope of Practice

I may offer a blend of:

• Movement-based practices (yoga, breathwork, somatics)

• Energetic or meditative tools

• Ritual or spiritual mentoring

• Tarot and/or astrology guidance

• Seasonal living frameworks

These offerings are for spiritual, emotional, and energetic support. They are not medical, legal, or psychological advice.

• You agree to take full responsibility for your healing and experience.

• You agree to communicate with honesty and openness.

• You acknowledge that transformation is nonlinear and sacred work unfolds in layers.

• You honor that this is a space of deep respect—for yourself, for me, and for the unseen forces we call into this work.
