my classes are inclusive, body positive, joyful and soul-centered. expect to connect with your inner guidance as you build prana. my teaching style is genuine and accepting, using elements of meditation, asana, and self reflection in each class.
i have a particular passion for working with anyone who might not feel ‘ready’ or “enough’ to practice yoga: primarily queer, bigger, BIPOC, and pregnant/post partum bodies. my wish is for all folks to reclaim their relationship with their body and relationship to peace.
