A NOTE ON MY BUISNESS
I strongly believe in shaping my offerings to serve the liberation of all folks. My work is intended to be fully accessible, anti-racist, trans-feminist, and actively working toward dismantling all systems of oppression. I honor Deepa Iyer's social change ecosystem by identifying as a caregiver: I intend to nurture and nourish the people around me by creating and sustaining a community of care, joy, and connection. I also offer sliding-scale financial assistance using Alexis Cunningfolk's green bottle economic model.

I humbly acknowledge that I live and work on the ancestral lands of the Muscogee (Creek) and Cherokee peoples, whose stewardship of this land predates its renaming to Birmingham, Alabama. I honor their enduring connection to this place and the wisdom that has been passed down through generations.
In acknowledging this history, I recognize the ongoing impacts of colonization and commit to the principles of harm reduction in my work. This means actively seeking to reduce the harm perpetuated by systemic injustices, fostering spaces of healing and respect, and supporting efforts that uplift Indigenous and marginalized voices and causes.
May this acknowledgment serve as a reminder to engage with these truths and strive for a more just and equitable world.
